Shipping Policy
Digital products (software licence keys)
Your licence key, official download link and installation guide are emailed to you after payment. There is no delivery fee for digital products.
Dispatch times for physical products
Physical orders are dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed from the next working day.
Delivery in South Africa
We deliver door to door by courier anywhere in South Africa. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Johannesburg: 1–2 working days
- Regional areas: 2–3 working days
- Remote areas: 3–5 working days
Delivery fees (South Africa)
- Orders under R750: R76 courier fee
- Orders of R750 or more: free delivery
- Digital products: no delivery fee
Delivery outside South Africa
Where international delivery is offered at checkout, a flat shipping fee of R600 applies. Delivery times vary by destination.
Tracking
When your parcel is dispatched, we email you the tracking number and courier details.
Delivery address changes
We can't change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If you won't be available to receive your order, contact us and we'll help you reschedule with the courier.
