Order 2 x items and the laptop arrived - used, damaged etc. After two e- mail to lani, I am still waiting a reply and/ or any action. Not once when advertising the laptop was mentioned made that it will be a hand down unit. As per mail. Please arrange collection and repayment.

I am very satisfied with the product, although it took a while to get it downloaded from the Website. The activation key turned out to be the same as the product key, hence the delay with installation. I can certainly recommend the product.

The product is fine but your set up instructions need some work, not clear enough for non techie people 😩
