Returns and Refunds Policy

Product Packaging:

If you have changed your mind and would like to return an unwanted product, note that these items can only be returned if they are in the original product packaging with all seals intact, including labels and stickers.

  • Defective products without the original product packaging can be returned within 1 month of delivery or collection.

Non – Returnable Products:

Non-Returnable products are typically products which:

  • Are listed on our website as Non-Returnable (as stipulated on the product details page)
  • Are digital products, including:
    • Software

The product must be sent back to us using your own courier of choice at your cost (NON REFUNDABLE).

Please note that we do not do PostNet or Post Office returns/ pickups.

Kindly forward Waybill once return has been logged.



Unwanted products must be returned unused and in good condition.

You must take care to ensure that the product is properly packaged so that it will not be damaged while in transit.

 If the product is found to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may deduct 10% for the damages.  

So, if you wish to return any non-defective product delivered to you for a refund as aforesaid, please do not remove the product from its original packaging 

Please note that if you change your mind about a product that you have received (Change Of Heart), the following will apply:

Full Refund, excluding shipping fees

Good should be sent to the provided PO  BOX Address or we will the courier to do pick up

We will reimburse the postage fees for parcel sent back to us



We encourage you to inspect each product carefully upon receipt. If a product has a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery or otherwise does not conform to your order, you have a statutory right to return the product. We strongly encourage you to get in touch with us as soon as you become aware of any problems.
