Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

It is not possible to add or remove items in your order. On selected orders, we could make changes to your scheduled delivery date, delivery address, shipping method or assist with an order item cancellation.

If you have received your delivery  notification and wish to cancel your order, send an email to lani@lanienterprise.com.

Change your delivery address?

Changing your delivery address after placing an order is not possible. If you are not available to receive your order at your original delivery address, you are able to reschedule your delivery, otherwise select the Contact Us

How do I return my product?

How do I get a refund?

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your original order(s). If you paid by EFT using PayFast, Ozow, Masterpass, you will need to provide your banking details during the refund process.

How long does it take to a refund?
Once your refund request has been processed, funds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account and are subject to your bank's processing times.

About Delivery Fees?

Delivery is free for digital products and orders above R1500. Standard delivery is R99 for orders totalling R1500 or less
