We know buying software online at a fraction of retail price raises a fair question: is this real? The answer is yes, and this page explains what you receive, why our prices are lower, and exactly how to confirm your licence is authentic after purchase.

Why our prices are lower than in-store retail
Boxed retail software carries packaging, distribution, and retail-margin costs. We sell digital retail licence keys delivered by email — same software, same activation, without the box. That difference is why a licence that retails for thousands in-store can cost a few hundred rand online. You are buying the licence, not the cardboard.
How to verify your licence is genuine
Microsoft products (Office, Windows, Project, Visio)
- Activation through Microsoft's own servers. When you enter your key, activation happens directly with Microsoft — not through us. A non-genuine key simply would not activate.
- Check activation status: In Windows, go to Settings → System → Activation. In Office, go to File → Account → Product Information. Both will confirm your product is activated with a genuine licence.
- Link it to your Microsoft account for permanent proof of ownership and easy reinstallation later.
Adobe and other publishers
- Activation is completed through the publisher's official application or website using your key.
- Once activated, your licence status is visible inside the application's account or licensing screen.
Our guarantee to you
- Lifetime activation on lifetime licences — if your key ever fails to activate on first installation, we replace it or refund you.
